Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, honing her skills with esteemed pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she resolved to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, upholding traditional craftsmanship and top-notch components.
Initiating as a cozy 12-seat pizza place, we've flourished into a cherished community cornerstone, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine character remains constant. We continue to employ ancestral wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough freshly each day, and select the most superior ingredients available.
