At BrightCobaltMatrix, we take pride in offering our customers delicious pizzas and exceptional service. That said, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our official website, brightcobaltmatrix.sbs, or at our physical location at WC2E 9HA, United Kingdom, London, 43 Bedford Street, Westminster.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, we allow cancellations within 10 minutes of placing the order without any charge. For cancellations beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to cancel as the order may already be in preparation. Please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958 to cancel an order.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Order
If you receive an order that is incorrect, or you are unsatisfied with your order for any legitimate reason – such as if it's not what you ordered, if it's not fresh, or if you've found an object in your pizza that doesn't belong – please contact BrightCobaltMatrix within 2 hours of receipt. We will inquire about the issue and work to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we may require a picture of the product and/or additional information regarding the order. Please retain the product until the issue has been resolved.
Refund Process
If we agree to a refund, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment, or through a voucher for a future purchase, depending on your preference. Refunds can take up to several business days to process depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and any service fees are non-refundable. Edible items that have been significantly consumed are not eligible for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
